Arrow season 7 episode 5 Preview – Felicity learns a secret about Oliver

Moving into Arrow season 7 episode 5, there’s one thing we’re going to wonder: Why does Oliver still have secrets anymore? What good does that do?

Well, there are times when he just feels like he can’t tell anyone what he has buried away in his mind, and there are also times when the information may be so dark-and-deep that it’s hard to really project it out there in the world. Either way, there are some serious things that this character is going to be wrestling with, and because of what’s happened, Felicity is going to have to wrestle with them, too. This episode, entitled “The Demon,” is going to be very much all about unraveling much of this — at least while Diggle, Curtis, and Dinah have some missions of their own. As is often the case with Arrow these days, there are a number of different things going on and every episode is trying to accomplish quite a bit all at one time.

Below, TodaysInfos has the Arrow season 7 episode 5 Synopsis with some additional information as to what is coming up:

FELICTY DISCOVERS A SECRET ABOUT OLIVER; CURTIS GOES UNDERCOVER – Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) learns something new about Oliver (Stephen Amell) that shocks her. Meanwhile, Diggle (David Ramsey) asks Curtis (Echo Kellum) to go undercover for ARGUS. Dinah (Juliana Harkavy) works with an unlikely ally. Mark Bunting directed the episode written by Benjamin Raab & Deric A. Hughes (#705). Original airdate 11/12/2018.

If there is anything that we are hoping for right now more so than anything else, it is that this episode offers us up an opportunity to actually see and explore more of who these characters were in contrast to who they are now. It’s a chance to show a little bit of evolution. For Curtis in particular, seeing him undercover at ARGUS is a great opportunity in order to explore some different sides to him than what we’ve seen so far.
